Manitoba Public Insurance strives to pay you for your services promptly and to help us do that, you or your clinic needs a Registered Account Number with Manitoba Public Insurance, and need to include that number on your invoice. The application process can take up to two weeks depending on your completion and return of these forms.
If you do not have a registered account number and have received a request for services from Manitoba Public Insurance, or expect to provide services to Manitoba Public Insurance please keep this timeframe in mind.
The Application for Registered Account Form and Direct Deposit Form should be submitted to infohealthcareservices@mpi.mb.ca.
We provide 30 days in order to receive the information required to process your Registered Account Application. If we have not received your information within 30 days, your invoice cannot be processed.

When completing the Direct Deposit form, please ensure that the Payee line at the top of the form matches the payee information on the void cheque you will be submitting with the form. When the forms are completed, please fax to (204) 985-7118 or email to infohealthcareservices@mpi.mb.ca with Registered Account Application in the subject heading.
